Our Story

About Wasteworx

Wasteworx was built on the belief that dependable service still matters — especially in an industry where delays and poor communication are often accepted as normal. What began as hands-on experience in the roll-off dumpster industry grew into a company focused on doing the work the right way, with accountability and personal involvement at every level.

Brent Ashcraft entered the dumpster business in 2018, working directly with customers and job sites across Arkansas. That experience shaped a clear understanding of what people actually need: straightforward communication, equipment that shows up when promised, and a service provider who takes responsibility from delivery through pickup. Wasteworx was created to reflect those priorities at scale, without losing the personal connection that comes from being locally owned and operated.

A Family-Driven Operation

Wasteworx is more than a business — it’s a family commitment to the communities we live and work in. As a husband and father raising a family in Arkansas, Brent understands the importance of reputation, trust, and follow-through. Those values guide how Wasteworx operates every day, from maintaining clean equipment to answering the phone and standing behind the service we provide.

Being local means more than having a yard or an address nearby. It means showing up, building relationships, and treating customers the way we would want our own family treated on a job site or home project.

Built on Experience, Not Shortcuts

From construction and renovation projects to restoration work and large-scale cleanups, Wasteworx has been shaped by real-world experience. We are not a broker or third-party service. We own our equipment, manage our operations directly, and take responsibility for every job we serve.

Our approach is simple:

  • Do fewer things, and do them well

  • Stay personally involved in operations

  • Communicate clearly and honestly

  • Deliver service that customers can rely on

This mindset allows us to remain responsive, flexible, and accountable — even as the company grows.

Serving Arkansas with Purpose

Wasteworx proudly serves Central Arkansas and surrounding communities. As a locally owned company, we understand the pace, demands, and expectations of the region. Whether supporting homeowners, contractors, or businesses, our goal is to provide dependable site services that help projects move forward without unnecessary friction.

We are committed to growing responsibly, maintaining high standards, and continuing to invest in the people and communities that make this work possible.

Our Commitment

At its core, Wasteworx is built on relationships — with customers, partners, and the communities we serve. We believe trust is earned through consistency, not promises, and we take pride in providing service that reflects that belief.

If you choose Wasteworx, you’re working with a local team that values accountability, communication, and long-term relationships over volume and shortcuts.
